Alchemist is the best in my idea and ofcourse i have read it,that's his masterpiece. experience results us feel the fact of things deeply. the point i love to mention here is that the only reason i wrote the post was MY DEAREST ONE that made me decide to take risk ;)
The Alchemist is one of those books you either like or dislike, I read another book by him "the fifth mountain" which was o.k but wasn't as good as the Alchemist.
oh and good for you =) I should be taking more risks myself but unfortunately I've been lacking inspiration these days =(
The fifth mountain was good too; in my idea its overriding point is the role of human's will on his destiny.
Routine stuffs make us lack of inspiration. But we should try to be ourselves. Sometimes I just feel like u. don't worry, everybody feels like u often. I'm sure u will be fine.
