Imam Hussain's incomparable sacrifice is wonderful to me. All my questions are answered by this simple fact: He was fighting for resurrecting the pure Islamic truth covering by fake truth.
Don't forget: anyone, anywhere, every day is a "Horr" choosing between Good and Bad.

I could not understand what this means: "کل یوم عاشورا و کل ارض کربلا "
ReplyDeleteIf you could please translate. Thanks :)
Dan
Literal translation equals "every day is Ashoora(10th of Moharram, the day Imam Hosein peace be upon him and his 72 compeers were killed) and every place is Karbala.(the disaster of martyrdom of Imam Hosein was happened in a place called Karbala)"
ReplyDeleteIn my idea it is concerned to every body's accountability for following and helping the truth and goodness to win in the world. Shariati, an Iranian author once wrote we should add something important in our mind to this famous word: "and every body is Horr." I guess u don't know who he was. Horr was a dangerous man in opponent army. When he came to impart his group sentence to Imam Hosein(p.b.u.h), our Imam advised him. At the last seconds before beginning the war, Horr changed his way completely, left Yazid's army and joined Imam Hosein's corps.
All the time, any where, every one should be noticed: we are constantly making a choice. Our lifestyle and our deeds are a consequence of our option. We have to be aware of the proper time for each chooses.
